Exchanges

We provide no cost exchanges for the same style in a different size. Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Items must be in new, original condition with all tags attached. Returns will not be accepted if tags have been removed. Items must not be worn, used, altered or washed.

Return Labels

Return labels are generated after you initiate a return or exchange. A flat fee of $5.95 per return label will be deducted from your return to cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your return. After your return has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 72 hours depending on your method of payment.
